New in this release:

1. ALSA support (capture and playback).
2. OSS support deprecated (still present but weak).
3. Ported to GTK2.
4. Added note playback support (ALSA only), so you hear what you tune.
5. Added note up/down buttons.
6. Added shortcuts for octave up/down and note up/down buttons.
7. Added shortcut to mute note playback.
8. Added shortcuts for menu items.
9. Added pitchtune icon to settings and main window.
10. Added oversampling for high frequencies

We're almost there.. and we'll have a nice release soon! Woohoo!
